We intend to design solutions of training tailored to the client always focused on robust training for the motivation of the trainees and their retention in the organization and loyalty of the client himself.
Our methodology gives privilege to different activities in a form of interactive learning that includes:
RHDC TRAINING PROCESS
Although it offers short-term specialist vocational training in its consulting role, RHDC has created Polytechnic Institutes for the training of professional medium-sized technicians in the provinces of Maputo, Nampula and Cabo Delgado, in coordination with ANEP – National Authority for Professional Education, and the National Institute of Distance Learning –INED, being in Maputo (Matola), the Instituto Técnico Professional da RHDC (ITPRHDC), with Proc. N°067/IETP/2018, of 6 March; Nampula Province (Angoche)- Instituto Politécnico da RHDC- Delegação de Nampula (Angoche), with Certificate No. 1133/196/IET/2020, of March, 19; Cabo Delgado Province (Pemba)- Instituto Politécnico da RHDC-Delegação de Pemba, with Certificate N° 1132/232/IET/2020, of March, 19 and each Institute incorporates two Teaching Modalities, namely:
DISTANCE LEARNING MODALITY AND THE MODALITY OF FACE-TO-FACE TEACHING, the courses being planned for Health; Management and Business Administration, where they have been launched to the public through the RHDC page in the following WEBSITE: www.rhdconsultoria.co.mz and on our social networks, namely: facebook: Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter - RHDC Consultoria & Servicos Lda.
The aim of the establishment of the Institutes is to provide educational opportunities for citizens who have not had the opportunity to train solidly at the technical medium vocational level that allows them access to employment in the labour market. And, being RHDC, an Employment Agency, which needs to have up-to-the-top candidates and graduates to fill job vacancies for their clients saw this need for training as a challenge and placed this need as their SOCIAL AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY, massifying vocational education and preparing young people for potential job seekers in the Human Resources Market.
The recruitment of students for this training is open to the public and employees of companies, giving many facilities for their access.
