RHDC Consultoria & Serviços Lda is a Private Employment Agency, which provides the following services, relating to the Labor Market and the Human Resources Market:
a) Goes to the Human Resources Market (people of working age and with professional qualifications to apply for employment and with ideal requirements to occupy a certain vacancy) and seek candidates for the Labor Market (Companies interested in attracting candidates to occupy positions within that company);
b) Provide services aimed at bringing Job Supply and demand closer together , without the private employment agency becoming a party to the resulting employment relationships (although it strives to recommend that employers comply with Labor Law No. 23/2007 of 1 August in force in the Republic of Mozambique);
(c) Provides temporary Work services, which consist of employing workers in order to make them available to a third person, natural or legal (hereinafter referred to as the 'user company'), who determines their tasks and supervises their execution, in accordance with the situations provided for in Labor Law No 23/2007 of 1 August in force in the Republic of Mozambique;
d) Provides specific services and carries out programmers specially designed to help the most disadvantaged workers in their new job search activities and also supports jobseekers who are unemployed in order seek to put their "curriculum vitae" so that the Private Employment Agency finds employment opportunities with the companies concerned;
e) Provides Professional Updating services to job seekers, through Professional Reorientation programs, such as: Lectures, Workshops or Professional Preparation Actions, in order to enhance candidates to have access to employment;

Because recruiting people to fill positions in the company is an achilles heel, being a time-consuming process for managers, diverting them from their key functions of the company's business.
